The kingdom is in peril! Well, at least its diplomats are.

The realm of Flat Lakes is undergoing a major catastrophe. The various factions cannot reach a single decision, and the reigning monarch has so many publicity events to handle, there is no possible way to manage the complicated situation.

Fortunately, there are the faithful town criers, who bellow the news every morning outside the castle windows. All of the information the monarch needs to make a decision will be delivered by these vocal purveyors of information both true and…less than true.

You are the daring reporters who are trying to get the scoop on the goings-on in the kingdom, and your words will find their way to the monarch’s ear. You have the ultimate power: throw all of your (apparent) journalistic integrity behind one faction and leave the rest in the dust, shaping the very future of your kingdom. Or you could just make it up as you go along – who’s ever going to know the difference?
