This is the 99th in an ongoing series aimed at providing the overworked DM with ready-to run encounters.
The PCs encounter fantastic fireflies, good fey creatures protecting the local wildlife against incursions by the corrupted creatures of the Ashenfey. Will the PCs aid the kindly fireflies, or will there be a big surprise?
This encounter can be used as a means for a PC to acquire their own fantastic firefly companions. While best suited for a druid or ranger, they are unbiased in their possible friendships.

The default encounter is written for a party of 3-4 PCs of Levels 3-5. Guidelines are included for adjusting the encounters.
