Rules for games using miniatures. The author is identified only as O'Neil. There are 32 pages of rules with a card stock insert of charts and tables.
The rules cover the gray area of gaming between fantasy role playing games and the large tactical Ancients army game. Players can use the rules to recreate gladitorial combat between man vs. man (or man vs. fantasy race) combat or they can use them to recreate massive battles such the Trojan Wars or the battles in Middle Earth.
The Game Sequence:
1. Charges and spells are declared.
2. Counter charges and counter spells.
3. Reaction tests to charges and spells.
4. Normal movement.
5. Missile fire (ranged combat).
6. Reaction tests to missile fire.
7. Melee (hand to hand) combat.
8. Reation tests to melee combat.
Steps 1-8 are repeated until one side is victorious.
