Until three months ago Tarvek Blind-Shield acted as the guardian of Karstan Valley and the small village within it. During the height of a recent summer storm a sudden bolt of green lightning blasted Tarvek’s tower into a smoking ruin. Today, the shattered remains still smolder and emerald flames lick at the granite rubble. A deep crater has formed below the tower’s foundation revealing a massive cavern perpetually lit from above by the green glow.
