During a game of Fate & Fortune, players will take on the roles of accidental or intentional adventurers who frequently find themselves under-equipped to handle the situations they find themselves in. Depending on the genre, these adventurers could include a group of teenagers braving a haunted house, a group of treasure-hunters in a race for a powerful, ancient artifact, or a handful of investigators looking into a cult surrounding the revival of a forgotten god-like creatures.
