The companion app for Fateforge: Chronicles of Kaan is available on iOs, Android and Windows.
The companion app acts as your game master. It remembers all of your choices, handles all the book-keeping and provides an unfolding story that adapts to all of your successes and failures. If you've failed a mission, the game adapts and the adventure continues, taking that outcome into consideration. It changes how the story progresses, which fights you'll have to face and in some cases, the trajectory of the story.
From March 2025 onwards, the app also records your game ending. The majority of chosen endings will influence the world of Fateforge forever...
