Federation Commander: Briefing #2 provides ships, rules updates, and new scenarios set in the Middle Years of the Starfleet Universe (think the 1960s t.v. show era) for use with any of the base Federation Commander Products: Klingon Border, Romulan Border, or Academy. Includes 70 new ship designs in black and white to photocopy, 10 new scenarios from the border wars of the Middle Years, and a history of the Middle Years "when captains mattered."

Must have a Federation Commander Core product (such as Klingon Border, Romulan Border, or Academy) to play.
