Final Fantasy Tactics is a turn-based strategy game that drops you in Ivalice at a time of political intrigue and unavoidable war. The highlight of the game comes from the 20 jobs and over 400 abilities that you can use to build your rag-tag band of men (and women) to serve you on your journey. While the story is a bit difficult to follow, the battles are deep, intense, and entertaining as you fight in 3D environments using the Charge Time Battle System.
The original game was released for the Playstation in 1998 and a remake of sorts was made for the Game Boy Advance in 2003.
