Two horseshoe shaped wood pieces carry 20 wooden teeth pieces, zero to three wood rings are laid over the teeth, the players walk around this "mouth" with their pieces, wooden tooth brushes. One die shows how far they may go, another die specifies what action to perform: brush away one ring, two rings, do nothing or advance a bacterium to the teeth.
If the bacterium reaches the teeth before the players have cleaned all of them, the players lose.
