Forge of War

Forge of War is a free set of tabletop miniature rules for depicting small unit, i.e. squad level, science fiction combat which also includes rules for AFVs and artillery.

Notionally for 28mm scale figures (although it would be equally suitable for other scales such as 15mm) it was originally produced to offer a viable alternative to more complex commercially available rule sets.

With variable unit activation; and with as much emphasis on command, control and morale as there is on the hardware, Forge of War offers a different, yet easily accessible, alternative to more traditional rule sets.
