You are geology specialists examining a stratum filled with lots of fossils. Find the fossils by looking at the distribution list based on the preliminary survey. However, the deeper the stratum, the more resources you will need to dig. Furthermore, the survey schedule is too short, in other words, only 3 turns. Find the most valuable fossils possible within the limited amount of digging!
Players each draft a tableaux of six, face-down fossil cards. On their turn, they reveal a card in another player's tableaux then attempt to reveal a matching fossil in their own tableaux. If the cards match, the player scores points depending the rarity and difficulty of digging that fossil. Each revealed fossil also reduces the number of rarity of fossils a player can attempt to dig on their turn. The winner is the player that has successfully dug the rarest set of fossils.
