Gracze wcielają się w postacie "dzieci Frankensteina", zwanych "frankensteinami". Są to zagubione, przerażone osoby, zniewolone przez szalonego doktora, które budzą się i odzyskują własną wolę. Ich zadaniem będzie wyrwać się z niewoli, może walczyć z pomocnikami doktora, a może nawet pokonać samego Frankensteina. Players take roles as "children of Frankenstein", called "frankensteins". They are lost, frightened people, enslaved by a mad doctor who wake up and reclaim their own will. Their task will be to escape from captivity, maybe to fight the assistants of the doctor, and maybe even beat Frankenstein himself. They will be able to deal with hostile inhabitants of the town Shalleymouth or researchers who have come to the factory en-mass to investigate the secrets of doctor's experiments.
