The city of "Overlook Point" is in trouble! Two if its city zones are "Crime-Infested". Luckily there is an odd assortment of fledgling heroes and vigilantes skulking in the back alleys and scampering over rooftops, trying to set things right! The heroes can retire or move on to a new city once all zones are "crime-free"!
