Furan

Furan (”Stealing”) is a two player competitive board game with two roles: Fons (“the Source”) and Furem (“the Thief”). Players play twice, once in each role, aiming to capture the most beans overall.

At the start of the game, the area belonging to Fons is filled with ten beans, and the area belonging to Furem is empty. Fons and Furem take it in turns to place and remove beans. Fons plays two beans per turn, whereas Furem can take any bean which is orthoganally adjacent to an empty space. The round ends either when the Fons area has no more than two beans in it, or when the Furem area has no fewer than two beans in it.
