The Gaia Steel Corporation was founded shortly after the other elemental steel corporations of Poseidon Steel, AeroSteel, and Pyro Steel were destroyed or had their secrets stolen from them. with the knowledge to create elemental steels of fire, water, and air, Torel Granitefist, often known simply as Granite, was capable of smelting an alchemical alloy capable of holding all four elements and preforming impressive feats. This alloy was an economical success and allowed Granite to form his own metallurgy empire, Gaia Steel. with increasing profits came vastly increasing power, constructs were designed to automate production and shipment, soldiers were hired and outfitted to guard these shipments and facilities, wizards and other intellectual entities were even hired to research methods to improve upon the miraculous metal and the profits it provided.
