Gallery of Evil is a supplement for the Capes, Cowls and Villains Foul RPG that offers almost 60 supervillains of various flavors and power levels, with most of them being given their own two-page write-ups that include not just game stats, but also advice on playing them, background information and adventure seeds. Thirty-five of the characters in the book are solo villains; the other twenty-four are members of various villain teams. As with the individual characters, the villain teams are given their own backgrounds and advice.
This product isn’t solely a collection of bad guys, however. It also contains a 20-page adventure (or “Issue” as the game refers to them) that actually utilizes many of the villains from the book. Additionally, there is a 9-page section devoted to various essays (including one about handling “epic” villains in your games)!
The Trait-based nature of the CC&VF system also allows you to adapt these villains to other RPGs with ease.
