Gangstar consists of 45 cards with the roles of Gangster, Gang Boss, Cops and Joe. Depending on the number of players, all cards are distributed and held face down in the hand.
In clockwise order, 1 to 3 cards of the gangster type or 1 card of the gang boss type are placed face down on the table and played to any player. The next player must then react as follows:
When receiving Gangster, he must play back the same color and number. If the player does not have the color or has fewer than the required number, nothing happens.
When receiving a gang leader, the player must play back all cards of the same suit. If he does not have any of the gang leader's colors, he can keep the card.
There is also a special card "joe" which acts as a log bird to confuse other players.
Then the game continues. If you have a gang consisting of a boss and five members of the same color, you can play them in front of you.
The aim of the game is to have as many gangs as possible in front of you.
