Some of these discs, however, survived the decades, hidden away, waiting for a suited Gemwielder to be taken to the skies once again.
Not only does the Rocket Shield’s passive ability allow you to play power costed gem cards more reliably early, it also provides you with a steady stream of power throughout the entire game. The price for this headstart is a power hungry starting deck. Efficient power generation and power expenditure therefore become key features of the discwielding playstyle.
