Description
You are a German Industrialist competing with other German Industrialists in the creation of the newly invented railroads. Invest wisely in the creation and expansion of these railroads, accruing victory points in the process while reaping monetary dividends from your well considered decisions. German Rails lasts about an hour with 3 to 5 players, most Victory Points wins the game. Money is just a tool, albeit a very important tool in building the railroads of Germany!
German Rails is a reimplementation of Gulf, Mobile & Ohio on a German map. The dividend payments have been simplified to fixed $4 per share and there are fewer exceptions (Gulf, Mobile & Ohio had two-VP companies, which are not present here).
