Each player receives a pawn, which they place on the starting position of the same color. The first player to roll a 6 begins to march in the direction of the arrow according to the respective dice result. For each fitness space, they must perform the exercise indicated there 5 times. As a reward, they receive a point chip, which they place on one of the circles of their large F. If their physical condition does not allow it, they may not perform the respective exercise. No point chip is given for this. The first player to fill their F completely and thus form the word "Fit" wins.
For each question space, each player must answer a health question. If the answer is correct, the player receives a point chip, which they place on their F. Any game penalties are indicated on the question cards.
