Opal. Opal is formed through transformation, and most opal ghemed have a corresponding ability to be flexible in the face of change.
Quartz. Much like quartz itself, ghemed made from this mineral are hardy, able to weather harsh circumstances and look great doing it.
Magnesite. Because they are less resistant to damage than most of their peers, magnesite ghemed tend to be in touch with the fleeting nature of existence, as well as the beauty that comes with transience.
Malachite. A common saying among ghemed is that the copper metal that gives malachite its color also gives malachite ghemed their mettle.
Corundum. Whether they’re rubies or sapphires, ghemed brought forth from corundum are undeniably radiant; all too often, their egos are just as unassailable.
Diamond. Whenever diamond ghemed insist that their reputation for perfection is nothing more than a stereotype, to their exasperation, they’re usually informed that their humility is only further proof of it.
Magnetite. Due to being more aware than most that opposites attract, magnetite ghemed often consider beauty to be most apparent when highlighted by balance or contrast.
