A double-sided 24" x 30" unfolded map featuring 2 ghost towns: a mysterious town in the wilderness, and a ruined section of a city. There are abandoned buildings, a graveyard, collapsed structures, and a massive gash.
The coating allows wet erase, dry erase, and permanent marker drawings to be erased.
When folded, the map is 8" x 10".
