Several merchant houses have reported missing ships along the eastern coast. There’s also rumors of a cove haunted by drowned sailors, shark-folk, and harpies.
Ghoul Cove isn’t a linear adventure, but instead is a location-based series of encounters. It is playable as either a sandbox exploration adventure, or individual scenes can be inserted into an existing campaign.
