Description

Giraffe Chess is a 68 square result oriented board game of India where an additional 4 squares are added to the standard 8 x 8 chessboard: 2 behind each King and Queen: these squares are occupied a pair of Giraffes (these have the move of the fairy chess Zebra, or the Bannerman in 3-sided Chinese chess).

There are a number of ways to win:

By checkmating your opponent's King.
By "Crowning": getting your King into one of your opponent's Giraffe squares.
If your opponent does not defeat you in 70 moves you win.
If your opponent does not capture one of your pieces within 50 moves you win.
If you stalemate your opponent, you win.
