This book tells about elder races of Glorantha - elfs, dwarfs, trolls, broos, ogres, night riders, giants, ducks, children of wind and lizardfolk. Also included are grotaron, luatha, ludoki, morokanth, jelmre, slark, timini and waertag. All the aforementionedraces have descriptions of e.g. culture, relations with other races, warfare, religion and enough information for character creation.
The book also includes two new cults in Glorantha - Bloody Fang and Cacodemon cults. In addition, this book includes adventures for diferent races and a map showing concentrations of major elder races is also included.
