Description

User summary:

This delightful game has a vaguely "fairytale" quality in the rules and examples, but the engine is generic and can be used with any type of genre or setting. The design is intended for younger children with limited game experience.

Characters in the game all start with a secret "magical word". The words should be unique (though, being secret, duplicates are possible if unlikely) and must all be the same length, from 4 to 10 letters. Characterization otherwise is created entirely through narrative play.

During opposed actions, the player selects one letter from their magical word, crosses out that letter, and then explains how they are going to resolve the situation - but their resolution must utilize (usually, start with) the letter they have crossed off.
