Idols, athletes, performers, musicians, politicians: the celebrities in this seemingly glamorous place have shadowy sides that people can not see. If you sell such gossip material to a weekly magazine, or to the person, it will be a big deal.
In ゴシップアンドザシティ (Gossip and the City), the players are freelance reporters and collect celebrity gossip while also exchanging gossip with other players.
The lead player flips cards from a deck and other players make an offer of cards to exchange for the flipped cards. The lead player chooses one of the offers and takes those cards. However, there is an incentive not to flip too many cards.
The players will earn points based on the number of icons for each color collected, but this score is also affected by the numerical sum of the cards of that color collected.
