Gravetides is a naval tactical miniature game of epic sea battles involving two or more fantasy fleets of magical and non-magical warships led by skilled captains and powerful sorcerers and manned by crews of ordinary humans and supernatural creatures.
Warships may face abyssal monsters or come across strange marine phenomenons and mysterious events caused by the wild mystical energies that traverse the drowning world of GRAVETIDES whose nature has been altered forever by the invasion of a magical parasite known as ‘The Defiler’.
Fleets can be supported in battle by small squadrons of winged creatures or flying machines while underwater vessels or sea creatures under the spell of sorcerers can strike at enemies from the deep.
Magic can wreak chaos and mayhem among enemy ranks or backfire unpredictably disrupting carefully laid battle plans.
Players can tailor their battle fleets selecting the number and types of warships, their individual special equipment and the quality and skills of their commanders and crews.
