Grumbar’s Tooth is an Underdark settlement, located three days journey into the Underdark from Beldabar’s Rest, in Yartar. It is presented as both a location for player characters to visit, as well as a playable adventure. As an adventure, the player characters are able to explore the settlement, and are able to learn where its numerous side tunnels lead to from the occupants. There are numerous opportunities for combat with different creatures in this adventure, as well as the opportunity to play a game of Soul Dice, a dangerous game that could make the player characters extremely rich, or it could destroy them.
