Description

From publisher blurb:

New Victims of the Demon Lord for Shadow of the Demon Lord!

When you consider all the different people crowding Rûl and other lands on planet Urth, it’s a wonder there’s room for anyone else. People representing every deity’s half-baked idea seem to have a place here, from faeries in all their variation to elementals, whose weirdness manifests most clearly in their anatomy and culture. We have dwarfs, machine people, and just about everything short of crystal people.

Such was the opinion of the nagas when they washed up on Urth’s shores eons ago. Believing themselves to be delivered onto a new and empty world, they instead found one overrun by peoples splintered into warring factions, with the Void casting a shadow over everything. Faced with such crowded, difficult circumstances, the nagas did what any other people might do: they hid.

The time for hiding is over. You can bury your head in the sand, as they say, but it doesn’t stop the bad stuff from happening. Guardians of the Cosmic Egg develops the idea of the nagas introduced in Demon Lord’s Companion 2 to give you more information, more guidance, and more tools to create interesting and exciting naga characters. If you’re the Game Master, the contents might inspire you to build adventures or an entire campaign around these displaced folk. But if you’re a player, you have everything here that you need to play something new and weird.
