User summary:

Character creation involves a round-robin selection of dice from a large common pool. As characters select dice they announce why they are selecting that type (each type is associated with a particular aspect of character). After all dice are selected, play begins. Action involves developing various perceived insults to honor, issuing challenges to duels, arranging duels (seconds, weapons, terms, etc.), and then executing the duels. During play, players may expend dice from their selected pools to attempt to influence narrative development.
