The Gvuk are peoples grown and molded in adversity, they have built their homes on the steep mountainsides of Ember where treacherous weather and natural dangers are routine. That in of Itself would prove to be a difficult livelihood, but the Gvuk have the additional perils of the gigantic megasaurians who prey upon them lurking at their very doorsteps. They are accustomed to danger and the threat of death behind every stone. what matters most to many Gvuk communities is preparedness. To not prepare is to invite death to your doorstep. Gvuk communities are often self-sufficient with trained alchemists, hunters, healers, and other roles playing integral parts in sustaining the entire community. The community identify themselves as a clan and names themselves as such, their clan names are indicative of their specific communities and the territories that they make their homes.
