Such folk are often pitied, and occasionally feared. As the Nierites of Nishanpur prepare for the celebration of Kindling Dawn, you and your companions find yourselves in the presence of one such group of lost souls. Those who watch over these stricken individuals swear that they do so strictly out of the goodness of their hearts. But can such a claim truly be believed in a city renowned for the depths of its evil?
