Those who own Rabid Dogs might recognize Aeystul's name, and the title, Halo of Flies. This is a new take on that article from Rabid Dogs Zine. Rather than invalidating that article, I added more depth to his motivations and role in a campaign set in Stennard, or somewhere else entirely. Essentially, only his stats are a direct repeat of content from that zine so that the two could be combined or used independently of one another.
