This is mostly a creative list of 'tools' (with a few other things thrown in). Need to reward a player with a 'magic' item, but don't want to dish out a weapon or armor? Then go no farther than Harold the Halfling's Handy Depot. Here you will find tools and a few other things to hand out to your players. (Most boost skill checks and/or crafting with tools or are usable with a feat or two.)
Harold the Halfling wasn’t very Happy until he discovered this little shop run by his cousin Henry. They talked it over and Harold took over the little stall of Handy devices and now Harold is the Happy Halfling running the Handy Depot. (Henry is quite content as he is now working on making items for Harold and his friend Gneorge the Gnome.) This market stall sells some interesting tools and supplies. Perhaps you should come by and check them out. (The prices are for the DM to decide, although the suggested prices are listed per category.)
