Collect Point Cards by trading creature cards with other players, until you gather six (6) of a kind. When the last Point Card is taken, the player with the highest score wins.
This game contains 7 types of Harry Potter creatures, each with a point card valued at a single value from 1 thru 7, and each with 6 cards for play (no point value). Therefore, there are 42 creature cards, and 7 point cards. The point cards themselves need to be won, and are not dealt out. The creature cards are the ones dealt out, and that players are trading blindly ("2 cards", for example), with other players while trying to collect a set of 6.
Along with the 42 creature cards are 3 other cards: Harry Potter, Hagrid, and a Dementor. These add extra intrigue to the trading & collecting.
