Publisher's blurb:
The roof of this haunted manor has caved in on itself, alongside sections of the floor; gaping like open, toothy grins. A giant spider has lain her eggs in the tallest tower, coating the surrounds in sticky cobwebs that both protect her young, and—perhaps—ensure their first meal.
Below, the first floor is filled with rubble and is partially overgrown with both wildflowers and ferns. Fallen support beams create unstable bridges across the gaps in the floor, while further down water pools in the cellar. The muck washes against human bones and even more rubble.
Deeper in, pillars hold up the sagging cellar ceiling. More broken support beams litter the floor, while thick wooden doors separate the many rooms. Far above, a large eagle has created its nest on what remains of the roof. From there, it can survey the surrounding ruins of the village, covered in rolling mist.
