Hawksworld is a 2 to 4 player strategic board game where opponents fight for resources and strategic objectives in order to achieve VICTORY.
Inspired by the best Real Time Strategy computer games, Hawksworld successfully translates into a turn based board game the escalation, tactical nuances, and delicate balancing between claiming resources, upgrading tech, and maintaining supremacy on the battleground.
While players build their armies on the battlefield they also use engine building mechanics, worker placement and a programmable system for issuing orders that creates a pace and escalation culminating in some murderously tense moments right up until the final moves of the game.
Exploring the map and revealing terrain and resources sets the tone in the early game.
Capturing resources, building a base and a force to match the challenges before you shapes the mid game.
Finally, each factions force fights to claim strategic objectives to win the game.
