He-Who-Mourns

A terrible curse has begun to spread with those afflicted found weeping in silence, unable to move. The culprit is no mystery; it is the work of He-Who-Mourns, a vampiric bard who himself doesn’t speak and similarly seems to be in eternal sorrow. Some say his songs are the most beautiful of the age but absolutely devastating to those who listen. The common folk need heroes of strong will and sharp arms to cut the bard’s songs short.

He-Who-Mourns is a Q-Encounter, or Quick-Encounter, that can be run for a group of four to six players with 15th-level characters. This encounter would be considered a ‘medium’ to ‘hard’ encounter.
