Welcome to Hell's Kitchen, where the chef's word is law. As the latest trainees in the kitchen, you have a full day ahead of you. It's not simply a matter of serving cool culinary creations, there's a lot of hard work first. The day starts with preparing the ingredients for today's menu. Only then can you start cooking - and you'd better have everything ready by the time service starts. And meet chef's standards.
In the game, players prepare ingredients according to the recipes for the dishes they're cooking. They can take advantage of the ingredients other players prepare to get their dish ready quickly. Then it's time for service and we find out who's got it right - and whose dishes are going in the bin. Remember: if you can't take the heat, stay out of Hell's Kitchen!
