The Hesperides Stellar Nursery is a nebula in which many stars are actively forming. It is watched over by the Nidar of the Seventh Mother, a civilization of dramatically non-human aliens who live and work aboard their eponymous jellyfish-like living spaceship. The Nidar have granted the crew of the Endeavour the rare opportunity to visit the nebula and observe the birth of a new star.
In this adventure for the ENDEAVOUR roleplaying game, you will travel to the Hesperides Stellar Nursery and meet with the Nidar. There, you will work with them to modify the ship's shields so as to minimize your impact on the natural process of the nebula. Soon, however, disaster strikes and the Seventh Mother is destroyed by a "ripple" of exotic energy that emanates from within the nebula nearby.
You then find yourself arriving at the nebula to meet your hosts (again?) to begin working to modify the ship's shields so as to minimize your impact on the natural process of the nebula. You're stuck in a time loop! Unfortunately, the Nidar do not seem to recognize this and you need their help to escape. Can you discover how to break out of the time loop? Can you learn to gain the Nidar's trust and convince them to help you? Can you save the Seventh Mother from destruction?
