Available as a free PDF download, Hi/Lo Heroes is a quick and easy RPG set in the super heroic setting of Hero City. Using only two six sided dice and the players' imaginations, this system relies much more heavily upon role-playing than mechanics to advance the action.
While players must supply their own dice (quite obviously), this PDF document contains everything else needed to play a Hi/Lo Heroes campaign, including the rules for character creation and combat, sample characters, and background material for the Hero City setting.
