High-Stakes Resurrection Ritual

Want death to be a real threat in your D&D game?

This resurrection ruleset makes bringing someone back from the dead high risk and high cost. This system allows players to mitigate these risks by roleplaying and working together, making resurrection a bigger ordeal than it is RAW (rules as written). This system also introduces the possibility of the dead character returning with some negative effect meant to make roleplaying a resurrected character even more interesting.
