Hiragana Sentence is a mix of boggle and bingo. Each round a new theme will be drawn and hiragana characters drawn bingo style. Players will fill their 5x5 sheet with the characters in any way they want, after all of them have being filled up players try to form a word based on the theme. Players vote for the best word of the round and a new round is played.
Description from the publisher:
It is a communication game to make sentences that fit the theme by connecting hiragana well. She turns over the cards with hiragana written and fills the letters in the favorite squares of the sheet in that order. When everyone can write, last letters are connected by a line and announced.
