A game booklet printed and distributed by the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Subtitled, "A game about the legislative process". Players draw cards that give them the opportunity to try to get a bill made into a law. Drawing cards and moving around the board. One player wins when he manages to get the following three cards. 1. Bill Passes House 2. Bill Passes Senate and 3. Governor Signs Bill.
