Description
Every year, the residents of the rural town of Diggerby Hill partake in the Midwinter Festival. This local practice celebrates overcoming the hardship of winter, but also the compassion and warmth to be found in the community.
Yet this year, the festivites are threatened by a gang of rat-taming, joy-hating goblins! If someone doesn't stop them, they'll eat all the cookies, steal all the presents and burn down the Midwinter Pine!
These acts of vandalism seem random... but are they? Diggerby Hill’s citizens are not as selfless as they would like to believe, and dark secrets might just come to light...
