From publisher blurb:
'Hunter's Lodge' is a quick-adventure for a party of four 7th level characters. Very little adaptation should be necessary to use in any campaign setting.
Adventure Background
Deep in a forest located alongside a sparsely traveled road is a hunter's lodge. A place where hunters of all sort can stay in while they hunt game animals in the area to either return home with, or bring to market. A hunter might stay a few days, or even a month. They live together and take care of the property.
When the party comes upon the lodge they find a dozen hunters all sharpening weapons and preparing. They explain to the party that a week ago one of the hunters was bitten by a werewolf. They weren't aware it was a werewolf, and while the man was unconscious and recovering the full moon came and he killed three others before being put down. Together the hunters have decided to gather whatever silver they can and hunt the werewolves down.
The truth of the matter is that half of the hunters aren't in it for anything but profit. A unique business opportunity has come to them for the pelts and pieces of werewolves, and these men have no problem processing them for money. They've encouraged a few of the less cautious and experienced hunters so that they could see them infected and processed for profit.
The party joins the hunt by stalking out a werewolf den. They discover one of the natural born werewolves there who tries to convince the party not to hunt them, but to turn and hunt the hunters.
