Become a general of Uesugi Kenshin in the Fourth Battle of Kawanakajima (1561). Players fight a series of consecutive duels trying to make their ways through a swarm of Takeda Shingen's generals to find Shingen himself. Once he is located, players must team up to fight him, as the legendary Tiger of Kai is a punishing warrior. Defeat him to win the game.
On your turn, you either fight the Takeda clan general already in front of you or draw a new enemy if you defeated your last opponent the turn before, and then battle your enemy by rolling your attack dice. The enemies get progressively harder, but your hero gets progressively stronger.
Every time you defeat an enemy, your character levels up. There are 9 different power-ups available, plus a special power-up that is unique to your character. The game scales based on the number of players, and comes with all the dice and cards (and heroes) needed for up to 6 players!
