Each player begins with $300, a delivery truck to be used as a pawn, and eight cones which match the color of the delivery truck chosen. The truck begins the game on the corner of the matching color of the game board.
In turn, a player rolls the six-sided die and moves the delivery truck around the game board clockwise. After following the instructions on the space, a player has five options:
1. Buy ice cream from the bank at the prices printed on the current Inventory Price Card.
2. Sell ice cream back to the bank $100 plus the bonus earned for having chains of shops on the game board.
3. Build one store for $400.
4. Pay a competitor to force a sale of a store from that competitor of $600.
5. Pass.
Play continues until one player can be declared the winner by having eight stores and $3000 in cash.
