Il Gomitolo di Solevento ("The Solevento's Yarn) is a cooperative game inspired by the eponymous book.
It tells the story of a family next-door whose financial situation gets tangled because of ordinary events, whilst teaching some financial concepts and how it is possible to overcome economic distress moments related to debt. Guided by two trusted helpers, Giustina and Virgilio, the family discovers some solutions to untangle the confused yarn of their financial situation.
In the game, which explores more in-depth some topics only hinted at in the book, the concepts of responsible consumption, family budgeting, managing the unexpected, and the use of savings and credit also come into play.
Both the book and the game were made upon initiative of the Fire Group.
